Has anyone tried it? How did you like it? Did you only use it for one meal supplement?? Thoughts??

    I prefer the price and taste of my ViSalus shakes personally... hth!

    Visalus is Body by Vi, it's the same concept as IsaGenix. Drink shakes, limit your calories and lose weight.

    Im on day 2 of a 30 day cleanse with Isagenix and I love it so far! Im doing the full 3 day program, 2 shakes a day and the snacks, and I eat 600 calories in regular food a day.

    I was using Isagenix for almost 3 years. I initially lost weight, but couldn't stay on a cleanse forever. When I found out my cholesterol was over 260 I had to find something else to reduce it other then medication. I found Shakeology and within 3 months, my cholesterol went down 40 points. And to date I've lost 16 pounds and kept it off for over a year, something I wasn't able to maintain with Isagenix. I think Isagenix is great for cleansing, but not for long term use. I would recommend Shakeology to anyone, as it delivered for me.
