500cal to fill this evening!?

Ok so I keep ending up stuck at the end of the day trying to make up the calories to get close to my goal.

Tonight I am left with 500cal to fill.

It is 7pm, I have eaten dinner and am just not feeling hungry.
I usually have an evening snack of some sort but I just cant think of much that would help bridge the gap and not send my sugar/carbs/fat through the roof.

I at least need 160 or so to go over 1200.
I don't worry too much as long as I get over 1200 as my daily goal is 1310, today with exercise I need to fill more.

Anyone got any wonderful evening snack ideas for me?
