I go to a website that has me take circumference measurements to find my body fat %, since I don't have access to anyone who can do it with the calipers. The site says my body fat is 26.85%. Is this good or bad?

This is not the most accurate way to do it, but anything below 25% is good.0

This websites are not accurate. It puts me at 20%+ and that's not even close. I'd get a caliper measurement or hydrostatic weighing0

It depends on if you are male or female. Here are some ranges from a website of body fat from athlete to obese. (www.healthchecksystems.com/bodyfat.htm) I used this formula and it said my body fat was 31%, but went into a health fair clinic, and they used 2 different methods (calipers) and hydrostatic weight, and it was 26%. The first method gives an estimate. Here are the General Body Fat Percentage Categories
