Sassy Water-Does it work? or other cleanse drink recipes
Has anybody tried the Sassy Water and did it actually help with the weight lose? Just curious on your thoughts about it?
Here is the description of it:
Sassy water is a liquid cleanse, where some people have reported to lose 7 pounds in 4 days! The recipe is simple and healthy. 1. Fill a pitcher with pure water. 2. Slice a lemon very thinly and put it in the water. You don’t need to squeeze out the juice, just to drop the slices in. 3. Peel and thinly slice one cucumber, and add it to the water. At 12 fresh, clean mind leaves. 4. Add one teaspoon of finely grated ginger. It has to be fresh; not the dried powder. 5. Stir the water and leave it in the fridge overnight. Make a fresh batch every day, for 4 days!

I drank this a couple years ago while losing weight. I don't believe it helps drop pounds as drastically as you have heard but its a tasty way to drink your h20 And I guess ginger helps with bloating or something like that.0

Thanks! I might check it out even if it doesn't help with weight loss, if it taste good it might be a good way to add flavor to boring old water, since thats all I drink now that I cut out Dr. Pepper from my daily intake. Did you find that it helped with water weight at all? I think thats the "big claim" to it is its suppose to help rid the body of the extra water weight.0

I was drinking this for a while. I would make it the night before & let it sit in the fridge overnight. I think it tasted bitter or something. If you are going to drink it, I wouldn't make it the night before. It tasted great if I made it & let it sit for a few hours then took all the fruit & stuff out of it.0
