250ml almond milk
1 scoop of banana whey protein (or whatever flavor protein you like)
shake it up and drink!

Macros (will vary with the type of whey protein you have)
Carb: 13g
Fat: 3g
Protein: 27g
Calories: 206g

I would rather this then some 1000 calorie banana milkshake with ice cream and whip cream ...
nah I'm lying (: but seriously, almond milk + any type of whey protein is delicious and healthy ...
just not as good as a full fat milk shake though ^____^

    Almond milk is the best for protein shakes. If you blend it with a little ice and some banana and/or strawberries....best smoothie ever!
