Hi All, went out for breakfast and had a 3 egg ham and cheese omelete. How do I track that? When I try and search it, the numbers are all over the place. I googled one and it said 290 calories - can that even be accurate?

It absolutely could be accurate. Depending on the type of cheese and amount and the type of ham it can be quite a bit of calories. Especially when you factor in the oil it was probably cooked in. To be on the safe side, personally, I would just use one of the higher estimates. Unfortunately that's the problem with eating out. :grumble:

i suggest you take the numbers from the highest ones you can find, cuz restaurants don't skip on the oils or fats, even if they are supposed to be "healthy choices".

*sigh* this a.m.> steak and eggs, toast and homefries, coffee. over 1000 calories. FML.
