Day 1 > Starting line

Hello everyone,

I am in my early thirties and have never been on a diet. Yet I consistently gained weight since I was 14. I always knew that when the day comes and I am ready to loose weight (and take care of me), I will do it the right, healthy, life style changing way. I have 100 pounds to loose and hope to get there; one pound at a time.
