egg Salad

I made Egg salad that will last 2 days I used lowfat mayo and mustard but to do the count per sandwich how do figure that up for your diary?

usually when i make egg salad because of the fillers i put in it such as onion and peppers and olives i usually say about 1-1/2 egg per sandwich. thats how i have logged it in my recipes.

I figure out the goal for everything I used then divide it in half if I am making 2 sandwiches.0

I use plain greek yogurt instead of mayo....
And I mix it all up in one big batch, then portion it out, and that is how I track it.0 -
Calorie count.com has a great tool to use to figure out portion nutrition of a recipe.0

I made egg salad the other day by mixing a chopped hard boiled egg into a mashed up ripe avocado with just a teaspoon of light mayo and it was crazy good!0

Make a recipe. Go to Food/ Recipe/ New Recipe and enter all the ingredients.0
