I'm back for another go!!

I'm getting married September next year and really want to loose 28Ibs..

Feeling inspired :happy:

Has anyone got any tips to kick start the diet??

    Welcome to MFP!

    Be diligent and honest with your food journal. You just might be surprised at what you are actually eating. And weigh/measure everything! There were many times that I thougt I was eating one serving when really I was eating two.

    If you don't want to exercise (I recommend that you do..it is so good for you), then be very good about not going over and not staying under. If you do exercise, then eat your exercise calories.
