How do you log it?
It's not that I want to know how many calories I burn, I just want to log time in position and how many I do in a day. I want to try to increase my time.
Thanks!

Good plan. Or you can write in the notes of your diaryMaybe under some kind of strength training, bit of a tricky one really0 -

You can create a new exercise just like you would a new food. I think you can make it either public or keep it as "My exercises." I find my personal trainer sessions too complicated to document each activity (and sometimes i get myself confused and can't even remember from one session to the next), so created both a generic cardio and a generic strength activity to cover it.
I would suggest creating it publicly though since lots of us do that horrible, nasty, difficult and painful exercise!! :grumble:0
