Hello everyone! My name is Elizabeth. Last year I was working out real hard at curves. and was almost to my goal weight. I did so good till I got pregnant. I worked out till two months before my due date. After I gave birth I went down hill when it came to eating. I have depression and it got real bad after giving birth. So I have been eating what ever so I can feel good like chocolate. But now I am trying to snap out of it and start all over again. I am going to need motavation and its going to be tough since I am a mother now. :) I hope I can do this.

You can reach your goals for sure, Elizabeth! This site is AWESOME! My daughter just gave birth to my granddaughter...and now I have the BEST two reasons to stay healthy and fit...my 20 month grandson, and 2 month granddaughter...If you stay disciplined, log your food, daily... you will definitely be happy you did!! Enjoy your journey, and STAY EMPOWERED!! :flowerforyou: What a GREAT profile photo

I know the feeling. I am a new mommy too. And the weight from pregnancy has me feeling low about myself.

I know it doesn't help when you have depression and it gets in the way. I was doing so good last year and now my self esteem is real bad. I wish I can do this. I wanted to start my goal in Jan for new years but I can't. I had to recover from giving birth. Since my husband works and I am a SAHM, maybe my son will let me work out tomorrow. :)
