March - mid April challenge

Ok so I'm new to mfp and have done ok so far and I want to push myself in my busy day to day life so I'm setting a one month challenge and would like others to join me. The challenges are set out below

1. Take a photo on day 1
2. Do at least an hour fitness a week
3. Drop my calorie intake by 5 on the start of week 2
4. Eat less chocolate
5. Eat dinner earlier to digest before bed
6. Take a photo on day 10
7. Drop my calorie intake another 5 by the 3rd week
8. Eat more fruit
9. Finish on April 19th with a photo

This will start tomorrow (March 19th) If you would like to join me just reply here (feel free to add me as a friend)
Pls update us on your progress either daily or weekly here.

  • I'm in, although I have been so hungry this last week (emotional week) I have decided to not count Leafy greens, Carrots, Celery and Cucumbers. Then on week two I will count them again.
  • I'll do it.....when you say drop calorie intake by 5.....do you mean 5%?

    I'll leave that to the individual to choose depending on what their current cal intake is

    so far ive lost 10lb on this challenge
