Pilates?

I'm curious if Pilates are something that focuses on the belly area? I'm looking for some new workouts that work the tummy area, I need to firm that up a bit more, I have a goal for this summer hehe.

    Every move in pilates is based off of your core (tummy area), so, yes, it will work the tummy area. Just make sure you are doing the motions correctly so that you have the desired results. I absolutely love pilates as I've had success in the past with it. It makes you more flexible, improves posture, and is totally a workout for the tummy. Hope that helps.

    I recently started pilates as well. It does really work your core. It's not an intense workout but, you do get results.
