Three months here but first post

Hello to all. I having great success here having lost over 30 pounds since the first of January (300 down to 269 yesterday). Afraid it will slow down some now since I had back surgery on Tuesday and can't work on my treadmill. HOWEVER I fell like I know what and how to eat now and can contine to drive for 200!!!! And losing the weight will be good for my back and knees. :-)

Nicely done so far, don't let the bump of surgery get you down, you will rebound, just eat carefully during your recovery then slowly get your exercise up again. Stay focused on the goal, I can't believe how much better I feel and I'm only down 34 lbs and it has made a world of difference. So keep you head up and stay focused on the prize.

I originally started at 311.5lbs and joined here at 265lbs. Now I'm down to 240.7lbs and got a lot more to go! Its a lot less stress on your body with all the extra weight. Even though I'm young I felt it in my joints from years of football. I hope your back heals up soon and your healthy journey continues with much successes! Feel free to add me if you would like

I had surgery last month and was unable to workout for 3 weeks. The biggest thing is to watch what you eat. If you eat smart, you will still be able to drop some weight while you are recovering.

Congratulations on the weight loss so far. Keep up the great work!

I love exercise and struggle during times I can't do it too but don't worry because you wont stop losing, you just have to eat a touch less for a little bit
