Can we help each other?

I do really well with MFP when I am at home or when I am at Uni as I use the scanner to track what I have eaten. When I go out, to the fella's for the weekend for example, I eat non-stop take away's.

I know treats every now and then are important. But doing this erases the good work in between.

I am looking for friends who will really help keep me motivated and on track, and vice versa.

  • You can add me! I started MFP last summer and lost nearly 30 pounds! Then I wasn't eating right and so during the holidays and winter, I gained 15-20 of it back :( I am back and hoping to do it RIGHT so the weight doesn't come back again!! I love to encourage others and have other encourage me! :)
