Need Support...and friends

Good morning everyone:

I am in need of a lot of support and motivation. I have a short term goal right now to lose 30 lbs by my 30th birthday (End of July)...I have 22lbs more to go. Could really use more friends on my list to reflect more activities and interactions that will help me ...add if you like.

    Hey y'all,

    I am very new on here as well and would like to "friend" anyone who wants to chat and support each other. I think we are more successful when we have others who are on the journey with us. I have been amazed so far at how many everydy activities burn calories. Our weather is warming up, so I have been able to be outside more doing yard work, gardening, and walking. I also have found it best to fill out my whole Food Diary in the morning with what I plan to eat for the day, that way I have an idea what I need to do exercise wise, and how close I am to my caloric goal for the day with the meals I have planned - it keeps me from snacking all day. I fill out my exercise part in the evening and love seeing how many calories I earn back and then try to not use them before bed. My worse days have been this weekend, not following my diet and not getting as much exercise - and the scale showed it this am :( Need to do better.     I started/restarted my journey last month with the same goal in mind to lose 30 lbs by my 30th birthday (mid May) I have about 20lbs more to go. With all of the positive support from everyone on this site I know we both can achieve our goals and even surpass them. :flowerforyou:
