Hi all due to moving house 4 times since November and moving area and jobs and lack of internet I have been missing from here
since November. I have put a little weight back on and several inches back on. Now back in the mind set and ready to go again.
Just been to the local baths and swam a mile and although feeling tired feeling good about myself.
