Vitiman D3. Talk to your physician. There are so many things you can do. Start exercising, eating healthy, read, Join a club, take a class, come on here and tell us how you are feeling. You are not alone. :flowerforyou:

What specifically do you need help with?

Call your primary care physician and make an appointment. He or she can then direct you to the resources you need. I know it's hard. I cried after I hung up the phone, but it was such a relief to get the wheels in motion!

Depression is serious and can lead to many problems if not treated! Talk to your doctor, look into therapy if you haven't yet. Its OK to ask for help and no one has a right to look down on you for seeking it! If you need more support on here feel free to add me if you'd like :)

Place the index & middle finger of your left hand on the carotid artery on the left side of your neck. Feel that flutter? It's your heart beat. It means you're still alive, and that means you have another day to move forward. God didn't make a mistake giving you this day.

Beyond that I've not got much in reply to a vague cry for help regarding depression. Sorry.

Yeah, feeling the same way today. I know that exercising is helping me a lot but for me the real killer is alcohol. Just one drink and I'm miserable the next day, and I never just have one. Going to take the whole week off the booze and see if my spirits (pardon the pun) lift some.

When I was really bad I tried CBT/hypnosis - it is a great combination, the therapist talks to you, breaks down your negative thought patterns and then hypnotises you and reprogrammes in good messages.

    Hang in there.

Take folic acid, drink lots of water, have a long chat with an old friend, go for a walk, do your make up as if you're going out tonight, lots of simple things that will help you feel better right now but I have to agree with the other girls saying you must see your doctor because he can help you change your life long term so you can feel better. I hope you're okay. Please smile :-)

Hey! There's not point me saying don't be sad if you are depressed. You can always off load to me... Things might not seem so bad if seem from a different perspective.
