Hey guys! Wanna torture me? Okay, well, here's the deal... For every "like" I get on this post I'm going to add another 1 minute to my cardio routine tomorrow! You get one full, 1 minute run each! So if you love me and want me to be extra Sexaaay or you just want to torture me, "like" this post. I have a feeling I might regret this haha. Plus, if I get over 30 "likes" I'll add 1 bicycle crunch for every "like" too! I'm planning on printing out the names of everyone and putting it on my treadmill and I will think of each of you for the whole minute! hehe I'm not promising happy thoughts of you the further down the "likes" haha. You have a full 24 hours until this ends!

Hahaha... in a facebook group I'm in that is geared towards fitness, there will be one or two that will post somethink like "for every "like" I will do 10 squats"... they usually end up doing close to 200 squats by the end of the day nearly every time... and many of us join in... It's a great way to motivate and inspire... :happy:0

Ouch! Thank goodness I only have 167 friends lol my luck every one of them will "like" it! and hopefully this wont become a hot thread and I get like 100's of "likes" here too lol0 -
