Keep yourself busy, and get away from the food! I find being home is a lot harder on my diet. Too many temptations. I was out playing in my garden on Saturday and did really well for food. Sunday, I sat around playing games with friends, and I did really poorly for food. Being out and doing stuff is really the best way for me to stay on track!0

I agree…I have this same issue. I’m eagerly awaiting the responses you get.
Here are some ideas that kind of help me:
1. Do a ton of exercise over the weekend – like a long Sat. run. When I do this, I still go way over on calories, but it’s not so severe.
2. If I’m going out to a high-calorie restaurant, I go to the restaurant menu online to plan what I will eat in advance.
3. If I’m going out to a restaurant/party for dinner (esp. if I’m going to drink alcohol), then I try to “save up” calories during the day.
4. I think it helps to log everything, even if it’s restaurant/party food and you’re not sure of the calorie content – just pick something similar and log it. It’s better than ignoring what you’ve been putting in your mouth.
5. When possible, log meals and drinks in advance, so you’re not surprised by how many calories something has.0
