Which nutriants do you track

Just asking as I wanted to keep a closer eye on my sodium levels so decided to change my settings slightly. I didn't realise I could only track 5 items at once.
My original 5 are:
Carbs
Protein
Cholestrial
Sugar
I wish to track sodium so which would you change cholestrial or sugar? I know sugar tends to go with your carbs anyway doesn't it? most of my sugar comes from fruits anyway. The reason I check cholestrial is because I have a family history of heart disease and at one point I had high cholestrial., However, over the years I have reduced my cholestrial so not as big of a worry any more. Which would you have on there. I am starting to find that my weight can fluctuate quite a lot from sodium hense the reason me wanting to keep an eye on it.

i track the macros and then whatever i seem to have trouble with. i was always under on cholesterol so i swapped it out with sugar. i dont know if sugar tends to go with carbs. i have never been over on carbs and have been over on sugar several times. i think this just depends on your eating habits, but id pick one that you dont have problems with to swap out with sodium. best of luck0

The only things i actually TRACK consciously are Calories and Protein. I hit my carbs and fat anyway, its only cals and protein i actively track and concern myself with daily.0

I track carbs, protein, fat, sodium and fiber. I tend to have a rather slow digestive tract and feel so much better if I am eating more fiber so I like to see how I am doing there.0
