Monday Mini Challenge

Today's challenge: Crunches

Let's see if we can do 200.

Also, let's try and do 50 sit-ups. If you can't do sit-ups that's fine but at least try.

Remember: The new rules are do as many as you can in the first set then do the rest how ever many you want at a time.

Do them the hardest way that you can and practice proper form instead.

You can do the crunches any style you want.
If you can't do them all then do what you can.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

My challenges are open to anyone and you can log these as calisthenics if you like.

    i love that the challenges have been consistent. it still shocks my systems but in a good way!

    100 sit-ups done

    Proud of myself on the sit-ups as crunches are far easier for me.

    ETA: oops! I didn't realize it was 50 sit-ups, oh well so I did 100, my core will thank me for it.

    I finished up my last 200 crunches before I went to bed last night but completely forgot to come back here and see how everyone did.

    So total for me:
    100 sit-ups
    300 crunches
    I feel great about accomplishing this!:bigsmile: :blushing:

    Hilarious!! I completely read the challenge wrong, I only just now noticed I also mis-read the crunch amount as well, well least I don't have to worry about not quite getting enough in.:laugh: :laugh: Oh well, it felt good even if I can't read on Monday's!
