Please help me

I'm not sure how to eat all my exercise calories when I feel so full and there are so many left. If anyone is willing to review my diary I would be so happy. I'm very new to this and I need all the help I can get. Please tell me what I'm doing wrong or right so I can accomplish my weight loss goal.

1) Your diary is private.
2) You don't necessarily need to eat back all of your exercise calories. Exercise calories are typically inflated, but it's a good idea to eat back at least some of them in most cases.0 -

How about incorporating some nuts/seeds into your diet? They are fairly high in calories and have healthy fats, fibre and protein.0

I typically eat almonds or walnuts just not too many. Maybe I should add some more to my snacks or salads.0

I typically have a 1/2 cup snack that is about 450 cal that consists of almonds, sunflour seeds, pumpkin seeds, peanuts, walnuts, & currants. All unsalted. Aside from that, I think you simply need to eat more, either in portions or in variety. I'm surprised you have the energy to exercise with such low caolrie intakes on some of your days.0

You need to eat some real food. You're seriously under eating if you are logging correctly. Also, obviously you don't feel hungry, Xenadrine is an appetite suppressant. Stop popping pills and start eating a balanced, healthy diet. You aren't eating nearly enough fat or protein.0

Remember you are not necessarily dieting, but should be going for a long term lifestyle change. I know for me if I followed a strict diet and never had a cheat meal I would soon give up. Even my cheat meals are nothing compared to what I used to eat calorie wise, but they satisfy me and fill me up. Keep forging ahead and you will find your fitness and nutritional groove!0
