So, it's Monday. We ALL hate Mondays, it's the end of the weekend (which we probably had WAY too much fun) The start of the long work week, waiting.... soooooo patiently for next weekend (when we are SURE to have way too much fun!) As a group, I think most people hate Mondays.
GET OVER IT!!! Tomorrow will be Tuesday and one day closer to that amazingly awesome weekend!!!! But, for now, here we are. Stop being negative!

This weekend I finally hit the 5 lb mark for losing weight! I was pretty pleased. I know it isn't much but it's a start.0

I easily pulled a belt I have been wearign for years the last notch this morning. And Peytion Manning is inking a deal with the Broncos. It's a great day. ; )0 -

Awesome work hun! I was pretty good all weekend. With exception to St.Paddy's I had a few glasses of sparkling wine. But I didn't go over my calories!0 -
I actually feel "thin" today, well it started yesterday. And I walked for 3.5 hours without turning into a mega b*tch.0

For me, Monday truly is a lot worse....... We have twice the patient load on Mondays.
But here is my happy thought: I had to make a new hole in my belt this morning for it to do me any good!0 -

Finally purchased my first size 12 pants yesterday. Now wearing a size twelve in pants and med tops and that's coming from 16 and XL. Mondays are not so bad, just busy for me, LOL.0

Its my day off, I weighed in this morning and have lost 16 lbs so far, I have nowhere I have to be until this evening, Mondays pretty much rock.0

Mine is that I have calories left for dinner! LOL! I like my food and I usually have a hard time staying at my goal, but I think my body is finally getting used to smaller portions0

I spent today wearing (UK) size 18 pants - first time I've done that in fifteen years!0

Finished Week 3, Day 3 of Couch to 5K. And did Level 1 (Day 2) of Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred. I don't feel like I'm going to die either. Though gravity was playing with my exercise pants this morning while I was doing jumping jacks and jump rope.0

I have issues with my right leg and hip, I am trying to work through it and push myself as I know that losing that 50 lbs will make a huge different. I also find that when i exercise i feel so much better, have more energy and feel good about myself, I started seriously on this mfp after returning from Mexico in February and am down 10lbs already feels good not to have tight clothes0

This week marks 6 1/2 months of being cigarette free and I have lost just shy of 70 lbs. Today is a beautiful day! Namaste0
