Advice please

Hi all,
I am currently doing the 30DS, on day 21, day 4 of level 3. I am doing this everyday as stated but have just also invested in an elliptical cross trainer. For the pass two days I have completed 40 mins on the cross trainer.
My question is should I be doing the cross trainer every other day or is ok to do it everyday?
Any advice would be greatly appriciated

I would go with every other day. I AM THINKING ABOUT TAKING TODAY OFF TOTALLY FROM ALL EXERCISE. MY BODY IS TELLING ME ITS TIRED. I FEEL SO GUILTY.

I am doing the 30DS as well and every couple days doing some extra cardio as well (elliptical, running or biking) and find it to be fine. Just be prepared to up your calorie intake as well, the day after I add the extra cardio I am always SO snacky and want to eat everything in sight so I stay stocked up on low-cal fruits and LOTs of veggies to eat. But my muscles have been fine with the extra cardio on top of 30DS if that's what you're wondering0
