Need to lose over 150... group?

I would like to become a part of a group of people looking to lose 100-150 pounds. I would like to have different challenges, and fun things to do, but I am not the type that would start them (I'm not confident enough in what I am doing to be the one to do that). I do however think it would be a fun thing to become a part of. Does anyone have a group like this, that I could join... or anyone that would like to start one with me, and we could become a group of friends!?
