Substitutes for Peanut Butter/Anything Peanut related

Hey guys,
I've seen a lot of people suggesting to eat peanut butter or peanut anything to get the calorie count up. I'm deathly allergic to hazelnuts though so I stay away from all kinds of peanuts as a general rule just to be safe.
So my question is, are there any substitutes that I could use instead?

How about seeds? Add flax or chia seeds to foods. Snack on sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds (aka pepitas). Cook using healthy oils (olive, walnut, etc). Make a nice vinaigrette for salads and vegetables using healthy oils. Avocados are a great way to boost calories. There are all sorts of nut butters out there- almond, soy, etc. I am not sure how comfortable you'd be eating those.
Also, hazelnuts are a tree nut, peanuts are not. Don't labels usually mention if the product was processed in a facility that also processes tree nuts? I seem to remember seeing that before, though you would know better than me!0 -

Thanks for your suggestions! I already do use olive oil when cooking. Should get some sunflower seeds to snack on then!0 -

Hi there! One of my children is allergic as well, and we have found Sunbutter to be great!!! It is a butter made from sunflower seeds. It is strong, but made in a nut-free faciilty as well. Lots of protein and healthy!! All my kids are used to it now, and love it!! I get it at Target or Publix. Target is cheaper.:)0
