Regular Ranch or Light Ranch? Which one is better? Also Oatmeal or Fruit Smoothie for breakfast?

    Light ranch and oatmeal.

    Most light ranch dressing has less sodium (which hold water in your body).

    Oatmeal has carbs but it's slow digestive carbs (meaning you won't be hungry after an hour of breakfast).

    Regular Ranch because it taste better just use less, and many health experts say that using light or fat free products make it harder for your body to lose because they are higher in sugar, and your body doesn't know what to do with it.

    Oatmeal has fiber and is a good carb, it's more satisfying all around. I like fruit smooties as a snack.
