No or low impact exercises- pls help!

HI im Brandi. I have just started exercises again, and after zumba and walking last week, my knee flared up:sad: . i am motivated to exercise for the first time in years and now i can't. does anyone know of no or low impact exercises i can do that won't hurt my knees so i can get healthy again. please help!:flowerforyou:

    Swimming, water aerobics, or deep water running.

    I have horrid back problems so I use the eliptical, closest thing to running which I can't do anymore, and I do spinning. Eliptical is great because it's still weight bearing so good for our bones.

    Exercise bike is low impact.
