    3/12: 153.6 -- this was as of Friday 03/09. Water weight brought me back to 155
    3/19: 155.0. NOT HAPPY. Still been working out but that water is killing me.

    Had a big loss this week! Of course, I'm going to contribute that to water weight since Zumba class this week was extra hot! I think I sweated off those 3 lbs. LOL

    Congratulations to those that made it! :D

    I've noticed my muscles firming/toning a bit, but no overall weight loss. I'll be reevaluating my plan and goals soon.
