Calories

Are you supposed to consume all the daily calories allotted for your goal? For example, I have more than 500 left for today but I've had breakfast lunch and dinner. I may have a snack but that won't add up to my remainder.

    it's okay, but make sure to stay on track.
    but the worst can only happen if you are way way over your daily goal.

    Your calorie deficit is already accounted for in your goal, so yes, you should eat them all.
