Hey all, fairly new to this site. Just found the mobile app and am loving it.

I had gastric bypass in Feb 2010, and lost 120 pounds. I have been maintaining for quite a long time...I have my up days and down food wise, but I'm trying to have the up outweigh the down :)

Just looking for friends, support and motivation on my particular journey.

I am located in Ontario, Canada, I am a wife and mom and am going back to school later this year for practical nursing.

    Hi. I am also wife, mom of 5, I teach in an LPN program and I am returning to school in May for my doctoral degree. Good job on your success with the weight loss. Isn't it nice to be free of the weight? I lost 200 total after surgery and have kept 195 off, so not too bad for being 4 years out this Wednesday.

    Hello - I am almost 5 years out & I'm glad to kno other folks are still fighting the fight. I'm up about 15 lbs & am trying 2 make chages b4 it gets completely out of control. I live in oklahoma
    I have notice since I'm doing diary my eating is bettr :)
    I look forward to chatting with u guys
