I gave birth to my daughter Alyssa six weeks ago. I gained 50 pounds during my pregnancy. Just before I got pregnant I was on a weight loss mission and lost 45 pounds. I was very happy with my results at that point. planned on losing 10 more. Now I have to start all over again but it will be more challenging because i have a baby and a saggy belly now. ewwww! Wish me luck!

So first of all your baby is adorable!... really cute... this is a huge deal because I normally don't think that babies are very cute lol
And....
You can do it!!!! Do not give up, since you did it before you know that you can do it again, good luck!

You will be able to rebound much more quickly than you think. You know how and you will do great! Congrats on your little bundle! Love the name!0

I don't know if you're breast feeding or not, but it's one of the best ways to lose weight after having a baby. (I would still include excercise though, to build muscle).0

Good for you for starting now. I waited too long after having my daughter to start and that has made it harder to lose weight. Good luck, don't give up. Just think of all the "hot moms" out there!0

I was not able to breastfeed, unfortunately. I have heard it is great for losing weight. Too bad! I would be saving a whole bunch of money too!0

Hiya, I had a baby 13 months ago- I put on 42lb when pregnant, it took me a year to lose, but I did it
As for breastfeeding... not everyone loses weight- I didn't. I lost about 16lb just after giving birth, breastfed for 6 months but didn't lose a single pound in the 6 months I fed for!0
