hi!
i started the 30 day shred today. i wanted to know how i should log it in the exercise diary?plz

    I log it as "Circuit Training, General".

    I am starting the 30 DS tonight, I am using a heart rate monitor to track calories burned. I will compare to the circuit training and see how it goes,

    I also started today :)

    created an entry based on things I read.
    Lot of people said 3, 46 cal for pound an hour, so i did my calculations and the result was166 but i decided to add 150cal

    3.46 * weigth (lbs) / 3 = calories for 20min Level 1

    30 Day Shred - Level 1 - 150cal in 20min
    You can do the same ;) or log an existent one
