you could dry them, too. Good on salad or in a trail mix. Love blueberries.0

1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup mango
1/2 cup minced red pepper
1/4 cup minced red onion
1/2 lime, juiced
1/4 teaspoon sugar
couple drops of hot pepper sauce to taste
some fresh cilantro
mix, mash a little and let sit
YUMMY salsa!!

You can put them on a cookie sheet and put them in the oven at a low temp for a few hours and dry them that way. Yummy!0

how long do they last for after, that is a great idea0 -
I was reading somewhere the other day, that blueberries are an aphrodesiac (they put you in the mood). If you eat them 3 times a week, they are suppose to help with the libido. Just thought i would share this.0

we also have lots of blueberries...my mom has bushes..so far i have made waffles with blueberry compote (blueberries in sauce pot..lil sugar..lil vanilla...let reduce..berrie will "pop"). and a wonderful cake. plus i add them to my yogurt and fiber 1 every evening as my snack.
to freeze we put on cookie sheet &freeze til frozen them put in freezer bag. I still have some from last yr.
I need to find different recipes to try...0 -

they are drying right now, im so excited, i hope it works! i looked it up and they said to do it for like 6 hours...but yeah, im not wasting that much power. and to leave the oven door open to vent air, but im not doing that either, so if it doesnt work and they just mush up, ill mash em and freeze em and put em on my french toast0
