Get it occasionally and choose low fat options.0

Find ways to cut cals from your other meals, order reduced calorie (if possible?), and/or workout extra hard to make up for it.
It's all about making the numbers work!0 -
I'm doing my best.. I just treat myself on Sat. am to a skim no whip...0
-
I still have mine but its once a week now as a treat with the girls and I just work it into that days calories, there is no point depriving yourself at all becasue thats when your going to go off the rails and cheat.0

Nonfat Cafe Misto with Sugar Free Syrup. 90 Cals for a Venti.0

Tall Skinny Vanilla latte my absolute favorite!!!
ONLY 100 calories and lots of protein from the milk.0 -
grande soy latte. I have one almost everyday. You can make it fit!0

Large coffee, black whenever I go to Peets/Starbucks0

Tall skinny caramel latte is my weakness... only 90 odd calories though so I treat myself to it once a week.
I used to have a grande one, with normal milk... so this tastes the same, but is a better portion size and lower calories.
Everything in moderation0 -

Exactly. The quickest way to fall into bad habits is to restrict so much that you're miserable all the time.0 -
I understand. I love Starbucks too. I can't limit myself very well so I completely gave it up. I stick to a cup of regular coffee in the mornings. Plus I try to remind myself of the money I am saving.0
-
I also love Starbucks. I Downloaded an app for my smartphone. It's on Market under Satarbucks Calories. It's free and you can control the calories you eat/dreak!0
-
The quality of Starbucks coffee isn't all that good. Buy yourself a good coffeemaker and some nice beans and make yourself a to-go cup at home.
You'll save money and calories.0 -
If you have to indulge think small! They do a kiddie size of most things so if you REALLY need that full fat frapachino get the smallest size possible.0

White Chocolate Americano. The white chocolate gives the espresso a nice, creamy finish.
70 calories for a tall, and CHEAP. I mean, it's terrible for you and not nutritious at all, but it's a good trade-off.0 -
Once a week for me if I crave it on my free day, sometimes I don't....but i I want it save for then. Always get non fat though, just my preference, and I don't skip the whipped....they also have a Strawberry Banna smoothie that is made w/ whey protien and is really good:)0

Compromise or make it work. Green tea isn't going to replace a coffee, the flavor and caffeine levels aren't the same.0

I still get my favorite Black Tea Lemonade often! I work it into my calories. Just because I am watching my calories does not mean I am going to stop enjoying some of the things I love!0

I get whatever I want from Starbucks. I love SB!!!0

I use to love frappucinos. So now, I just get the light version and it's less than 150 calories! Still hits the spot.0

About once a week I splurge... usually a double tall soy latte, every couple of weeks a soy chai latte.
I log it. It fits. I'm losing weight.
Oh, and I NEVER go with "sugar free" syrups, as I do not do artificial sweeteners. I just go with the real stuff, and log it.0 -
Just limit your intake. It's just unnecessary sugar calories you are drinking away. I am a Starbuckaholic & there is one downstairs of my job!!! I use to hit the drive thru EVERY MORNING for my long commute treat. Now I refrain and reduce to once a week or once every 2 weeks. I love everything that is high calorie up in there so treating myself frequently won't contribute to my goals . . . Starbucks had to get nixed for now!!!
They were also breaking the bank! $3-$4 daily drinks can go to paying a bill!0 -
How many calories is in the drink?0

Nonfat Cafe Misto with Sugar Free Syrup. 90 Cals for a Venti.
^^ This!^^ You will see this a few times a week in my diary for breakfast. I usually just have 2 splenda rather than syrup - personal preference.0 -
My standard drink is a non-fat, no-whip mocha. Love them!
I agree that choosing lighter options is a way to "indulge" in that Starbucks. However it would be far less expensive to make your morning joe at home. And it might surprise you, but making it yourself can also be healthier. Especially since you are in control of portions and ingredients.0 -
The morning AFTER I do a personal trainer apt I go to starbucks for a sugar free latte. Just get a tall - get extra hot - then you're forced to sip it a little longer rather than pounding it back and wanting more. Then cut out one of your snacks - or switch a snack that day to a piece of fruit or handful of vegis. Then it's my treat for surviving a really rough workout.0

then get what you want. get the smallest version of what you want. or get a bigger one and work it off. going through life miserable/annoyed/craving/whatever ... no way to go through life.0 -
When it's hot i love an unsweetened passion tea lemonade. Other than that i get a grande non-fat no whip whateveritisiwant. Indulge, just make it a little better choice and it it into yor calorie count. I go once or twice a month. Even the 'healthy' options are high in calories, but it's okay to treat yourself sometimes.0

What's your issue? Tea has negligible if any caloric value.
If you put something in it (cream or milk) then it has carbs so I assume you drink it plain?
In that case, what's the issue? Green teas are good for you. Just because something isn't caloric doesn't mean it's bad (or good for that matter).0
