    But when I long on and you update us on how your doing, I thinks to my self, If she can do it then I can do it.


    The other day (Saturday) I was really discouraged, because it's just so hard, and I had no intention on working out (I thought I lost my drive), and my husband encouraged me and we went to the gym together. Some how I just kept on it, and I feel way better.

    I enjoyed reading your post it is a good motivator to keep me going I as well have a b-day present I want to give myself I want to lose 20 pounds by april 30th my b-day it will be a big deal in my weight loss journey and my b-day.     Thanks! They are both Jones Wear New York. The first one was from JC Penney last year. The 2nd one is from Ross. For only $15.99! What a steal!
