Hey! I don't know if anyone else has this issue...but over the past 2-3 days, I have noticed my chest is breaking out bad from me working out. Never has happened before, so I am wondering if anyone else has had this issue?? What did you do?

I have the same issue...on my arms especially even though I only wear tanks/sports bras. Grrr >:(0

I did too but on my back. I started using neutrogena body wash and it helped a lot! I also take GNC be-beautiful and it has helped my skin tons. Hope that helps!0

As soon as you've finished your workout, hit the showers...don't spend one minute longer than you have to in your gym gear.
I used to have this issue, but then I discovered those scratchy exfoliating gloves used with Dove sensitive skin works wonders
Also, do you have moisture-wicking gym clothes? I found those make all the difference, too!0 -

Ugh, this hapened to me when I first started working out. I found that not only did I need to make sure I got showered and changed right away but I also had to make sure I rinsed off REALLY well. Don't quote me but I think it has something to do with pores being open from sweating which makes your skin more sensitive to the chemicals in products.0

My skin broke out a tiny bit too, nothing major, just some small bumps. I always make sure to hit the showers directly after I workout, I don't wait a minute! I make sure I scrub really good to make sure no oil/sweat gets left behind, it seems to be helping!0

Hey Girly,
if you don't have time to shower RIGHT after (which i don't often) try throwing some acne wipes in your gym bag and swabbing your chest/back after your workout. works well for me!0 -

Oh I will try this!!0 -
I use neutragena body clear body wash (or whatever it's called) and it works like a charm. You should make sure to take a quick shower and wash off the sweat and oil after your workouts.0

Yes! I went to my dermatologist about this because when I first started working out a lot, I was breaking out HORRIBLY on my back and chest - like I was a teenager again! I went on an oral antibiotic for about 2 months which cleared up my skin beautifully, now I maintain that by using the Neutrogena Body Wash like others recommend as well as I use a salicylic acid foam that my derm prescribed me. it seems to be working out pretty well, and as long as I follow my skin care regimen, I don't have any more major breakouts. I do notice if don't shower fairly quickly after a workout, I will end up breaking out.0
