I AM STARTING A KETTLE BELL WORKOUT....HOW DO I LOG IT???

IVE ASKED THIS A MILLION TIMES AND NOBODY WILL ANSWER!!

  • What about logging it in as cardio> strength trainiing then it will calculate it by hour
