Hey, Losing weight is not the easiest thing to do but you can do it. If you stay focused on your end goal nothing will stop you. Don't worry about the bumps, bruises, and set backs along the way. We all have them. Just plan to pick up the pieces and keep moving forward. You will be glad you did. Feel free to add me as friend. Friends with like goals are always a big help. Good luck.0

Weight loss is a long term game.
Set your mind to winning but accept some realities.
- Your body weight can easily vary by a kilogram simply due to water levels in your body.
- After a great weigh in it's not unusual to have a few days of slightly higher weight.
- If you chart your weight daily you will see the trend and recognize the pattern.
- Daily charting is a constant reminder of your need to remain focused.
- After about 2 weeks you love your chart and see it as a reward/punishment scale.
- Cardio, as you already recognize, is critical. Check out "Sports Tracker" app for a great calorie tool.
- NEVER reward yourself with a slack day if you have a big loss. Concentrate on holding on to it.
- Don't trade off calories from your workouts. Eat your allowance, no more. Keep all of the gains.
It's a battle, you need to be strong, but every day you succeed makes the next one easier.
We all have bad days, but get mad at them for the next seven and learn from it.
You WILL win. Just stay in charge.0 -
