Stairs

Today I started taking the stairs to work.... 10 floors up. There are only options for jogging stairs (and I am not quite there yet) and stair treadmills. Do you think I should add in joggin the stairs but just take a few minutes off of the time since I am walking or taking two at a time vs jogging? I plan on doing this a few times a day on break, in the morning, etc.

    That's great you are doing the stairs! As for logging them in the exercise database there is an entry - walking, upstairs - try that one.

    thank you. I had just searched stairs and stair so it did not show up!
