    I'm in. I'm trying to lose 70 pounds by myself. I told no one, except my dietist, that I am going to lose weight. So that means I'm all by myself, so help and support are welcome.

    In addition to calculating calories with myfitnesspal, I am also doing 30 Day Shred & weight lifting at gym. :)

    Count me in!! Our numbers are almost the same (my SW was the tinest bit higher) but I'm trying to get to 140 as well!

    Be very careful to do this sensibly. I went for a more extreme version (4 mile runs 3 times a week and a longer one at the weekend) and just ended up injuring myself. I am NOT saying don't run, just that you have to make sure you get good trainers for it and if your joints start to hurt badly then take it easy for a couple of days.

    I have started the couch to 5k after reading baout it here, I'm loving it!

    OMG I totally tried that. I told myself I would run 1 mile every day for a month. After day 10 my ankles began to hurt SO badly that I physically couldn't run anymore. I have stopped running and it has been 2 weeks, but my ankles still kill me whenever I try to run or walk fast. Seriously, start off slow. Baby steps. (I hope they heal soon! :sad: )
