A "SV" to start - ive lost 3 stones in 2 years...but...

I've been daring myself to try another size lower waist size for a couple of weeks now. so i did it, and they fit! so i bought a new pair of jeans to celebrate in my lower size!

i now have the same waist size that i did 15 years ago, before i discovered that i really really like beer!
