Hi guys, I've just recently lost 57lbs with Exante (a VLCD) and my girlfriend has introduced me to this website to help me lose the last stone and maintain at my goal weight!
Still trying to get to grips with it all, but think am finally getting there!! The mobile phone app is pretty amazing isn't it!? Still haven't quite figured out the benefits of adding the daily water in-take as it doesn't seem to make a difference to anything?!
But yeah, nice to be here guys!!!

yes the phone app is very useful...i keep it w/ me at the gym and when i go out
as for the water...its better to keep track just in case u dnt drink enough or u drink too much
water helps clean out ur system and also keeps a gd balance for ur blood flow etc etc...also when u do sports and sweat first thing u lose is water, then fat and evg else...if u drink too much water, its not too healthy either and plus it adds to the balance...u dnt hv to be precise, its just to make sure ur drinking rly

no difference to water intake? eek!! you need to keep your body hydrated to keep it functioning properly. sometimes thirst is mimicked by hunger. drinking enough water helps prevent excess water weight. etc, etc, etc...

I also love the phone app. So addictive! I never add water, though. I drink lots of it but just can't be bothered to have yet another thing to keep track of!0
