Got back from a week's vacation on Saturday - gained 4-6 pounds (my scale can't make up it's mind) - my husband lost 2! :grumble:
Monday - I was ready to rock & did - today - can't stop thinking about food - I only have 180 calories left for dinner tonight.
I'm still hungry ... lucky for me I've eaten everything in my office.
WHATEVER!!!

I'm not really sure how many calories are in a desk calendar, so you better stay clear
My husband drops weight so easily and I THINK of food and gain 10 pounds!

That 4-6 poinds could be water weight. I know when I am on vacation, I am not paying attention and not drinking enough water. Don't beat yourself up.0
