Got back from a week's vacation on Saturday - gained 4-6 pounds (my scale can't make up it's mind) - my husband lost 2! :grumble:

Monday - I was ready to rock & did - today - can't stop thinking about food - I only have 180 calories left for dinner tonight.

I'm still hungry ... lucky for me I've eaten everything in my office.

WHATEVER!!!

  • I'm not really sure how many calories are in a desk calendar, so you better stay clear :wink:
    My husband drops weight so easily and I THINK of food and gain 10 pounds!

    That 4-6 poinds could be water weight. I know when I am on vacation, I am not paying attention and not drinking enough water. Don't beat yourself up.
