Aemely here... I lost about 15 lbs. using "another" MFP product that charged monthly, but I couldn't keep up the logging during my graduate degree. I'm working on getting to 40, I'm in a new town, and I've failed to keep up my exercise/eating regimen. I'm up 20 lbs. from my lowest... Bleh. Anyway, I know logging works, so I'm back to logging what I eat and how much I exercise. Feel free to add me as a friend!0

Welcome Katie! I've been using the site for about a month now. I'm 5'4 and 228 lbs. I'm making small goals for myself right now so that I don't get overwhelmed! Ultimately for me it's more about being healthy than the number on the scale- I just want to feel better and be able to run around with my kids without feeling like I'm going to keel over! I know how easy it is to get depressed about your weight, but you have lots of support here! We are all in this together!0
