Off the wagon

Fell off the wagon due to just horrible excuses but now I'm back and starting to train for my first 5K in April and also to look great in my wedding dress in September.

No more excuses, please add me to keep me motivated. :)

Have a great day everyone.

I just said the same thing the other day - I fell off and then put it off and put it off. I'm motivated now & looking for some more people who are motivated too!!

Good luck on the 5K - my dad is a runner and is always asking me to join him - but he does 10K's or half marathons, and again I make excuses  No more!!! I'd like to be able to join him this summer and do a 5K without walking and eventually a 10K by the end of the year (even if I have to walk some of that one) Just to say I can keep up with my dad

falling off the wagon is not that big of a deal in the whole realm of "this is a lifetime change i'm making"...getting BACK on the wagon IS a big deal!

    y'all can do it!
