Hi everyone! I'm Lindsey from Texas. I'm looking for MFP friends that are more focused on strength training. I've been doing a lot of research regarding weight lifting, and I use bodybuilding.com. Add me as a friend, and I welcome any advice, tips, or motivation.

No I have not done that. I work out with a personal trainer two times a week and then 3-4 days on my own. I'm semi-following a program off of bodybuilding.com as well.0
