New 20-something (ok...late 20s) looking for fitness friends

Hi, All!

I'm Sarah. I just started my new health plan Monday, as well as this website. I am looking to lose the 20 lbs I've gained in the last 2 years, and more importantly, to tone up and be stronger.

Anyone else looking for a weight loss/toning pal? Like many others, my problem area is my stomach...it has taken on a life of its own! I never had any problem with my thighs/butt (in fact, my sister told me I had an anti-butt), but with the new 20lbs...my thighs rub and my butt is coming into its own! So, here's to reversing this whole gaining weight in new places as you age thing.

I am looking for friends of any age that want to lose weight, tone up and be strong!

  • I'm interested. However, I plan on losing almost 100 lbs. I want to lose at least 50 lbs this year to get me to 169lbs.
