What is your solution for bloating? Drink more water? Less water? More exercise? A specific exercise?

I always drink more water, my mom told me that a long time ago. I've stuck to it. It's supposed to help your body flush everything out faster because it has more water to do it with.
Also, I drink natural diuretics like green tea. I usually snag the unsweetened but if you hate unsweetened tea grab the ones that are sweetened with stevia or splenda. (no calories ) Just watch the label because sweet tea and corn syrup can PACK in some calories. (Lipton Brisk being a huge culprit; it has more calories than Pepsi!)
I always try and walk around, that seems to help 'work through it' the fastest but I have to be really motivated because I never want to walk around when bloated. It does seem to help a lot though; keeps your blood pumping and picking up the extra stuff to get rid of. Just easy walking, nothing too hard core.0 -

Not sure what kind of bloating your referring to. Too much salt? That time of month? If its from something you ate then just drink a lot of water and in a couple days it will go away. If its from that time of month then drink water and it should go away when time of month ends. At least mine does. Also I have heard of people taking water pills. Watch your intake on sodium of you arent already. You wouldnt belive how much salt is in certain foods.0

Sweatpants.
LMBO! Yah! Sometimes that is all you want to do is curl up with some large sweatpants on.0 -
My doctor recommended B6 for water retention and bloating. I take 300mg every day, and it helps tremendously. I experience very little bloating, even during TOM. If I go a few days without it, I can definitely tell a difference.0

I don't think it has to do with TOM but I am on a birth control that stopped my period. I think it has more to do with what I am eating and I know I don't drink enough water. I never have. I need to drink more, because I notice the weight comes off easier when I do also. When I slow down the water and increase the diet sodas, the bloating occurs.
Thanks all for the help. I will definitely start drinking more water.0 -
Magnesium. (Warning, it will get everything out, not just the water.)0
